Virtual Expressive Art Workshop: Under Her Mantle

Join us for a cozy time of prayer and art in honor of Our Lady's Assumption this August. In this virtual event, we will gather together as women to pray, create, and share. Led by Mary's example in saying yes to co-create with the Lord, we will be guided through a collage-based art process that is enriched by a Scripture reflection and small group sharing.
 
This will be a live-only (not recorded) virtual creating art session with Amanda MacMurtrie, MA, ATR-P. It will be on August 26 from 7:30-9 PM EST.
 
What is Praying with Expressive Art?
A virtual prayer experience with creative reflection and art-making
Rooted in Scripture + inspired by principles of Art Therapy
Gentle art invitations to help move you deeper into union with the God through the model of Mary, spouse of the Spirit
 
What do I need?
This event encourages collage!
Multiple pieces of paper and any art materials you enjoy
Your preferred adhesive (glue, tape)
A creative curiosity
 
The $20 cost includes the live session and a PDF companion for use during and after the workshop.
