King of Prussia - Encountering Christ - From Trust Unto Surrender DIGITAL Book
This sign up is for the King of Prussia group doing the study, Encountering Christ: From Trust Unto Surrender. Included in this sign up are the virtual book on praying with art and Scripture, along with 6 sessions of prayer and discussion with a facilitator. This group will meet Thursday evenings at 7:00 from May 4 - June 8 at Mother of Divine Providence Parish.
This companion follows the trajectory of the ever-expanding loves that we experience on both the natural and supernatural levels of our being and our existence. We develop trust in God as we know ourselves to be beloved daughters, sisters, and friends. As this awareness and experience blossoms and heals, we deepen in our capacity to surrender to a love that is spousal and fruitful. No matter what our vocational calling is, it is always a call to life-giving love.
Along with 6 lessons on praying with art and Scripture with these themes, you are invited to pray the Litany of Trust found in the front cover of the book, and the Surrender Novena at the back of the book. It is our hope that as you grow in trust, you enter the freedom of ever deeper surrender to the God who loves you.
